Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wayra mobile application ("App") operated by Aliaksei Kostsin ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Wayra is a travel planning application that allows users to:

• Create and manage trip itineraries
• Generate AI-powered travel routes using Google Gemini
• Organize packing lists and luggage
• Store and access travel documents

The App is available on iOS via the App Store.

3. User Accounts

To use Wayra, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and may be used by a broad audience. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you must use the App with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Plan

Wayra offers a free plan with limited features: 5 AI route generations per month, 1-day itineraries, and up to 3 uploaded documents.

Paid Plans

We offer paid subscription plans ("Traveler" and "Explorer") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's billing terms.

Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• We do not offer refunds except where required by law or App Store policy

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. AI-Generated Content

Wayra uses Google Gemini AI to generate travel itineraries. By using the AI route generation feature, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors
• Generated itineraries are suggestions only — always verify opening hours, prices, and availability independently
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
• AI usage is subject to monthly limits based on your subscription plan

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Wayra (trips, notes, uploaded documents). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload. You agree not to upload:

• Content that violates any law or regulation
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the AI generation feature
• Resell or sublicense access to the App

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion:

• All your data (trips, documents, profile) is permanently deleted
• Your active subscription (if any) must be cancelled separately via the App Store — deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription
• Deleted data cannot be recovered

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR TRAVEL-RELATED LOSSES BASED ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
