Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Full name (optional)

Travel Data

To provide the service, we store the travel content you create:

• Trip destinations, dates, and itinerary items
• Packing lists and luggage contents
• Travel documents you upload (PDFs, images)

Usage Data

• Number of AI-generated routes used per month
• Subscription tier and billing status
• Device type and operating system (collected by third-party services)
• Account identifiers (Supabase user ID, RevenueCat customer ID) used to link your account across sessions and manage your subscription
• Device identifiers collected by RevenueCat for subscription management

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the service — store and sync your trips across sessions
• AI route generation — your destination and dates are sent to Google Gemini API to generate travel itineraries
• Subscriptions — manage your plan and billing through the App Store and RevenueCat
• Authentication — verify your identity and keep your account secure

3. Third-Party Services

Wayra uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

Supabase

We use Supabase as our backend infrastructure for authentication, database storage, and file storage. Your account data and travel content are stored on Supabase servers. Supabase Privacy Policy

Apple Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Apple, Apple provides us with your email address (or a private relay address) and name. We do not receive your Apple ID password. Apple Privacy Policy

Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides us with your email address and name. We do not receive your Google account password. Google Privacy Policy

Google Gemini API

When you generate an AI travel route, your trip destination, dates, and preferences are sent to Google's Gemini API to produce the itinerary. We do not send any personally identifiable information. Google Privacy Policy

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat may collect purchase history and device identifiers. RevenueCat Privacy Policy

Apple App Store Billing

All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not store your payment card information. Apple Privacy Policy

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase servers located in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region. We implement the following security measures:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS
• Row-level security ensures you can only access your own data
• Passwords are never stored — authentication is handled by Supabase Auth
• Uploaded files are stored in private buckets accessible only to you

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all of your data is permanently deleted within 24 hours, including:

• Your account and profile
• All trips, itinerary items, and packing lists
• All uploaded documents and photos

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — view the data we hold about you
• Deletion — delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Delete Account
• Portability — request a copy of your data by contacting us
• Correction — update your profile information within the app

7. Children's Privacy

Wayra is rated 4+ on the App Store. If a user is under the age of digital consent in their country, use of the App must be supervised or authorized by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will promptly review and delete such data where required.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
